Clinton wins Kentucky; Obama crosses threshold ~ Post No. 052008-4

Despite Hillary Clinton’s landslide victory in Kentucky, Barack Obama has won a majority of pledged delegates in the race for the Democratic nomination.

Obama said the night’s contests would give him a majority of the delegates elected in all 56 primaries and caucuses combined – as distinct from nearly 800 superdelegates who hold the balance of power at the convention.

“We still have work to do to in the remaining states, where we will compete for every delegate available,” he said in an e-mail sent to supporters. “But tonight, I want to thank you for everything you have done to take us this far – farther than anyone predicted, expected or even believed possible.”

Keep our eyes on the prize. Our opponent will come up with all kinds of “funny math” to salve the hurt being put on her by this “lesser experienced” young phenomenon from Illinois. She still doesn’t get how much she’s outclassed by his talent.

The “establishment” has already decided, by now, that he’s their candidate. She’s still in denial. By the end of the week (not end of the month), it will become abundantly clear to anybody with a brain, that it’s all over, but the shouting.

We’re involved right now with the 50-State Registration Campaign. Here in Georgia, we’re moving the State from “Red”, to “Blue”. Around the country, a lot of candidates are gonna ride the coattails of Barack Obama.

    YES WE CAN!!!!!
    SI SE PUEDE!!!!
